and insight. In my own studies however I have found jesus words in John 3:5 Born of water and Spirit and the apostles gospel of Acts 238 to be the gospel that proves one's belief.. I asked myself one question, where in the bible was there anyone who just believed and was saved? Your thoughts please
That’s a great thought and something I wrestle with often.
The first situation that comes to mind is the thief on the cross. However, that’s pre-death and resurrection.
The other is Paul’s teaching in Romans 10. Anyone who believes in their heart and confesses Jesus is Lord will be saved.
I think any true belief will be accompanied by repentance and therefore fruit that proves the belief. However, salvation itself is a very simple act of belief and giving up our lives to follow Jesus.

So clear and so true. So simple that it is sometimes hard to understand. Thank God for the opportunity for the gospel and salvation.🙏
Thank you! 🙏
